Container Rail Transportation (CRT) Operations

• EXIM containers are being transported from various ports namely, JNPT, Pipavav and Mundra, to and from ICD Loni under an awarded contract under a Strategic Alliance Management Operator (SAMO) agreement. This is being transported under some arrangement between SAMO and Container Train Operators. During the year 2020-21, the Corporation had also continued handling of cargo transported by Rail at IRT, Kalamboli which started in the FY-2018-19.
